Police Raid A Central Java House

TEMPO Interactive, Jakarta: Police raided a house in Jepara, Central Java, on Sunday (3/5) in the investigation of a drug case. Director of narcotics unit of Jakarta Police Arman Depari said on Sunday the raid in Jepara was related with the drug raid in Depok, West Java, on Thursday (30/4).police1

Arman said the raid in Depok led to the raid in Jepara after police interrogated five suspects from the raid in Depok. Two other suspects were arrested during the raid in Jepara, taking the total number of people arrested to seven.

“The two new suspect are Chinese and Indonesian citizens,” Arman said. Arman refused to inform other results from the raid in Jepara. “Just wait for a statement from Indonesia Police Cpolice2hief,” Arman added.

There were also no statement from the police on the raid in Depok. A Witness spoke to journalists that hundreds of drums of chemical was found in the house in Depok on Thursday.
